現在の3次救急活動において,救命率向上を図るためには,救急車と救急病院の連携強化が不可欠であり,ドクターカーの導入や高速道路救急車専用退出路の設置,さらには救急医療情報のデジタル無線伝送システムの高度化がその鍵を握る。本研究では,通常時におけるドクターカー・システムやドクターヘリ・システムの導入可能性を評価する計画検討システムの開発と高速道路からの救急車専用退出路の最適設置位置の検討システムの開発を行った。
In the 3rd emergency activity, in order to aim at improvement in the rate of lifesaving, cooperation strengthening of an ambulance and an emergency hospital is indispensable, and the recession way only for an ambulance needs introduction of a doctor car system, and to be established. Furthermore, the digital wireless transfer system of emergency care information needs to be developed. Usually, an examination system was developedto evaluate the introductory possibility of a doctor car system and a doctor heli system. Moreover, the system which examines the optimal position of the recession way only for an ambulance on a highway was developed.
