α-TCP(α型リン酸三カルシウム)を主成分とする骨セメント材は四肢や頭蓋顎顔面領域において今日、応用が広がりつつある材料である。今回、歯科インプラント治療における有用性を検討するため、特にサイナスリフトへの応用に関する実験的研究を行った。その結果、本材料の良好な操作性、硬化後の物性、組織適合性、骨伝導性はサイナスリフト時の補填材料として有利な性質であると認められ、その有用性が強く示唆された。
Recently, as one of the bone cement material, alpha-type tricalcium phosphate(α-TCP) is applied for cranio-maxillofacial bone and extremities. In the present study, this material was examined for osteosynthesis prior to implant placement, especially for maxillary sinus floor lifting. Consequentry, the result suggested that the material had advantageous properties of matter, histo-compatibility, and the osseous conductivity.
