本研究の主な目的は、ネイティブ語学教師が異文化環境で教える際にその職業倫理がどのように機能しているかということを記述し、モデル化することである。異文化環境で教える語学教師の職業倫理にはどのような特徴があるのか、どのような価値観や規範、原則に基づいて教師は自分たちの教育活動に方向性を与えているのだろうか、彼らの職業倫理とはどのようなものなのか。これらの疑問に対する答えを得るために、フランス語ネイティブ教師及び日本語ネイティブ教師を対象に日本とフランスでインタビュー調査を行い、その結果を分析した。
The main purpose of this research is to describe and create a model of how professional ethics function when native teachers of languages are teaching in different cultural environments. What are the features of the professional ethics of native teachers of languages, what kind of values, standards and principles do they apply to the directionality of their teaching activities, and what kind of professional ethics do they have? In order to get responses to these questions, I conducted an interview survey targeting French native teachers and Japanese native teachers in Japan and France.
