極低温走査トンネル顕微鏡を用いて金の(111)面で広いエネルギー領域での準粒子干渉（QPI）計測を行い，このデータに対してLASSOによる解析を行い，QPIの真髄である電子の分散関係に対して同様な解析を行った．まずは，LASSOによってどの程度ノイズが除去されるかを調べるために，データを間引かずに解析を行った．その結果，従来的FTよりもノイズが下がり，細い線幅の二次曲線が得られた．次に，実空間でランダムにデータを減らした解析も行い，単一エネルギーで行った場合と同じような結果が得られるかどうかの検証を行なった．その結果，ランダムにデータを間引いてもどうようの二次曲線が得られることがわかった．さらに，既存のデータをダウンサンプリングした数値解析だけではなく，ランダムQPI計測プログラムを作成し，異なる条件（測定時間，測定領域の広さ）におけるランダムQPI計測を金の(111)面で行った．その結果に対し，まずは，従来的な最小二乗法による解析を行い，エネルギー分散の見積もりを行なった．その結果，測定範囲を広げることで，分散の線幅が細くなり，実計測においても波数空間の高精度化が行えることが明らかになった．この結果は，実質的に計測の高速化が行えることも示唆している．これらのデータに対して，LASSOによる解析を行い，ノイズの十分に除去された高分解の分散曲線が得られるかどうかの検証を行っている．
