金沢大学理工研究域機械工学系超微細粒バルクナノ純チタン(BN-Ti)の,組織と機械的性質を調査した.多軸鍛造加工時のパスひずみが大きいほど結晶粒が細かく強度も上昇しやすいことを明らかにした.変形機構は,結晶粒径の増加に従って,柱面すべり+錐面すべり→柱面すべり+変形双晶へと遷移する事が明らかとなった...
