本研究では、これまで検討されたことがなかった患者の心理的側面の糖尿イメージと服薬アドヒアランスとの関係を糖尿病イメージの質問紙を用い患者の意味経験としての「病い」を数値として測定するとともに薬剤師による糖尿患者の介入試験を実施した。その結果、患者の内的要因として糖尿病イメージの「きちんと生活するイメージ」、「不摂生のイメージ」および「末恐ろしいイメージ」という複数の要素が服薬アドヒアランスと関連することを明らかにした。これら3つのイメージはいずれもセルフケア能力に関連する因子であることから2型糖尿病患者の服薬アドヒアランスと糖尿患者のセルフケアの連関が示唆された。
In this study, the relationship between diabetes image and medication adherence in the psychological aspect of patients, which has not been examined until now, was measured using the diabetes image questionnaire as a numerical value of "sick" as a semantic experience of patients, and intervention study of diabetic patients by pharmacists was carried out. As a result, it was clarified that multiple factors such as "image of Living an orderly life ", "Feeling of fear " and " Feeling of neglect of health " of the diabetes image were related to the medication adherence as an internal factor of the patient. These three images are all factors related to self-care ability, suggesting a link between medication adherence in type 2 diabetic patients and self-care in diabetic patients.
