糖尿病腎不全患者の療養認識は、「高肯定感」「原因不明感」「現実逃避」の3パターンがあった。今回は、糖尿病腎症である患者においても3パターンの療養認識に分類可能であることを検証し、縦断的に追跡し、「高肯定感」認識は、腎症の進行を阻止し、維持あるいは改善することを確認することを目的とした。糖尿病腎症患者の療養認識は3パターンに識別可能であることを確認できた。高肯定感は、認識パターンの変化はなく、療養状況もセルフケア実行度は最も高かった。4年後の腎機能悪化を阻止する割合も他の認識パターンより高い傾向にあった。「現実逃避」認識パターンをもつ患者が悪化しやすく、介入方法の検討が必要であると言えた。
There were three patterns of medical treatment recognition in diabetic renal failure patients. The three patterns were “Higher sense of affirmation”, “Unclear cause”, and “Escape from reality”. It was verified whether the treatment recognition of these three treatment patterns could be used for diabetic nephropathy patients.We followed the status of renal function in diabetic nephropathy patients for 3 or 4 years. The recognition of diabetic nephropathy patients could also be identified．As a result, patients with a “higher sense of affirmation” were more likely to perform self-care and prevented a decline in renal function. Patients with an "Escape from reality" perception tend to worsen and need care.
