磁場のある離散ラプラシアンのスペクトル解析前々年度と前年度に離散グラフ・細分グラフ・線グラフ上の磁場のあるシュレーディンガー作用素の離散版の間に成り立つ作用素恒等式の成立を証明した。その系として、それぞれのスペクトル集合間に成り立つ関係式を得た。特にもとが無限グラフの場合、細分グラフや線グラフには、ある特定の値に無限大の重複度の固有値が生じるかどうかの条件、とくにグラフの幾何学的形状との関係に興味を残していた。本年度は、ある種のグラフ(結晶格子)のシュレーディンガー作用素がそのような固有値を持つための条件を見い出した。変調超格子の透過特性の解析半導体の積層によって構成される変調超格子は特定のエネルギーを透過または遮断する特性を持つ量子デバイスであり、透過域には真の透過域と準透過域が生じることが知られているが、その生成の原因は不明で、その制御は難しい問題になっている。数学的には1次元のシュレーディンガー方程式の散乱問題の一つである。従来より米子工業高等専門学校講師の浅倉邦彦と共同で研究してきたが、本年度は北見工業大学の鈴木正清教授、北海道工業大学の真田博文助教授の協力を得て、基本構造の固有値の実数性の分布と準透過域との関連を見いだした。
