1.研究目的割型に紐の結び目経路を形成し、この経路に紐を導入し、結び目を得る結索方法において、あらゆる紐を導入可能な割型の設計開発は重要な課題となっている。そのため本研究では、曲げ剛性の高い紐を導入可能な割型とそれを用いた自動結索装置の研究開発を行う。2.研究概要1)曲げ剛性の測定:6種の紐の曲げ剛性の測定を行った。曲げ剛性は、回転台の半径a(m)の位置に紐材料を垂直に取り付け、角速度ω(rad/s)で回転させたときの紐材料の変形量x(m)を測定し算出した。測定の結果は最小値:2.53×10^<-8>Pa・m^4最大値:990×10^<-8>Pa・m^4であった。2)試験経路製作及び導入実験:経路断面形状及び経路曲がり部分の曲率半径の異なる数種の試験経路の製作を行い、測定した曲げ剛性値の最も高い紐(3000d×6×3、EI=990×10^<-8>Pa・m^4)を用いて紐導入実験を行った。実験の結果、断面形状:□10×10mm、最小経路曲率半径:30mmにおいて導入が可能であった。3)割型及び開閉機構の設計製作:導入試験で得られた結果を基に、二重機結び用割型の設計製作を行い、紐の導入実験を行った後、開閉機構の設計製作を行い紐の結索実験を行った。4)自動結索装置設計製作:型開閉動力にエアーシリンダー、紐吸引に掃除機、制御にPLCを用いた自動結索装置の設計製作後、結索実験を行い装置の有効性検証を行った。3.研究成果今回の研究により、高曲げ剛性紐の割型導入及び結索が可能となった。結び目形状、締め込み強度はほぼ良好であったが、結び目形状のさらなる均一化が今後の課題である。結索に用いた紐は、ロープ製造現場において用いられる紐の中で、最も曲げ剛性の高い紐の部類と思われ、今後製造現場で試験運用を行い実用性の有無を検証する予定である。
