本研究目的を達成するために平成11年度は以下の4項目に関して研究を行った.「1.磁気浮上制御基礎実験システムの再構築」,「2.磁気浮上制御実験システムの数理モデル集合の導出」,「3.数理モデル集合に基づく磁気浮上制御系設計と制御則の理論計算」,「4.計測・設計用のハードウエアの製作」これらに引き続き,実験環境が整った平成12年度は以下の3項目に関して研究を行なった.1.数理モデル集合に基づく磁気浮上制御系の再設計時変の目標位置に対して高精度に追従し,モデルの構造的な非線形な不確かさや予期せね外乱に対してもシステムが安定性と制御性能を保持するように,ロバスト制御性能解析に基づいて補償器を設計した.昨年度も制御系設計を行ったが,今年度は制御実験の実施環境が整ったため,制御実験に基づく制御系の再設計を行った.2.ソフトウェア/ハードウェアを組み合わせた統合的な制御環境の構築再構成された磁気浮上制御基礎実験システムに対して設計した制御器を実装するために,ディジタル制御装置と制御系設計CAD・MATLAB,SIMULINKを用いてリアルタイム制御環境を構築した.この環境を用いてディジタル制御実験を行い,制御系の評価・解析を行なった.またこの解析結果に対する考察,検討を行なった.3.得られた実験結果の解析・考察・検討上記の結果,つまり平成11年度,12年度をあわせた研究成果をまとめて,学会論文誌へ投稿した.またこの成果については今後国内外で研究発表予定である.
