• Note (General): 金沢大学医薬保健研究域保健学系; 目的:高齢者を対象とした地域保健福祉活動の計画を立案するために,公衆衛生看護に必要な専門的な健康現象のアセスメントの視点を明らかにすることを目的として,アセスメントガイドを開発し,ガイドの妥当性と有用性、アセスメント項目の妥当性について検討した.方法:アセスメントガイド開発は,ICNP【◯!R】文献をもとに健康の身体生物・心理・社会・行動・スピリチュアル(霊的)の5つの領域を設定し,大項目,中項目を抽出した.デルファイ法による保健師への3回の調査と2回のエキスパート審査を行った.結果:アセスメントガイドの基本的な考え方の妥当性については,「5つの領域に区分すること」など4点に関して90%以上が適当と回答した.ガイド全体としての妥当性は80.3%が肯定した.ガイドの有用性は「高齢者保健福祉計画作成において有用」85.5%,「健康課題抽出の指標を考える際に有用」95.3%で,所属や経験年数による有意差は認められなかった.最終的に17の大項目と37の中項目からなるガイドを作成した.結論:5つの領域で構成された高齢者保健福祉活動のための地域看護アセスメントガイドは,アセスメント枠組みの考え方に関して実践者と研究者から支持された.今後は,データ収集方法や分析方法ならび支援方法を組み込んだより実用性の高いツールに発展させていくことが課題である.; Purpose :The community health nursing assessment guide for healthcare plans of aged people (CHNAG) were developed to support public health nurses in planning community healthcare plans. The present study investigated the validity and usefulness of CHNAG.Method :Study design was utilized the Delphi method for public health nurses by three times mail questioner. Experts audit was conducted two times.Results :Validity of the basic guideline concepts were agreed to by over 90%. No significant differences were noted between subjects who responded once or twice and those who responded all three times. For the third survey, more than 90% of subjects agreed with the validity of each area and field item. For the third survey, 85.5% agreed with the usefulness of the guidelines for making community healthcare plans. No significant differences were observed with regard to experience or workplace.Conclusion :The validity and usefulness of CHNAG as a healthcare plan for aged people have been confirmed by public heath nurses.
