Note (General): 災害・日常時の両方で信頼性の高い日本の幹線道路ネットワークはどのようなものであるべきであるのかは重要である．そのために，ETC2.0をはじめとするプローブデータ（自動車移動軌跡データ）などの交通ビックデータをこれまでに用いられてきた路側設置の車両感知器による交通量等のデータと融合させるとともに，道路ネットワークの交通状態のwithin-day/day-to-dayダイナミクス特性（一日の中の時々刻々の動的な変化及び日間の動的な変化の特性）などを解明するとともに，G空間や道路管理・点検データと時空間融合し，災害への脆弱性評価や通常時の所要時間の変化などの信頼性評価に活用できるようにした．
It is important to examine what is a reliable road network for both emergency and ordinary situations in Japan. In this research project, probe data including ETC2.0 as well as traffic counter data are integrated, and within-day/day-to-day dynamics of traffic states of road network was investigated. This enables us to evaluate vulnerability analysis of road network for disaster situations and to make a travel time reliability analysis under the ordinary situations.
