研究期間中にも多くの自然災害が発生したので，それらにおける上下水道の被害調査を実施し，被害資料を収集分析した．すなわち，2018年7月豪雨災害，2019年台風19号豪雨災害，2018年北海道胆振東部地震，2018年インドネシア・スラウェシ島地震などである．豪雨災害では浸水による被害は津波被害と共通する点が多く，対策もかなり共通することを具体的に明らかにした．2018年に発生した2つの地震については，ともに大きな地盤災害が発生し，地震動と地盤破壊のマルチハザードという観点で研究を行った．さらに，マルチハザードに関するリスク評価手法を提案した．
We conducted field survey of damage to water supply and sewerage systems by natural hazards occurred during the period of this research project, that is, heavy rain disasters in 2018 and 2019, the 2018 Hokkaido Iburi-tobu and the 2018 Indonesia Sulawesi earthquakes. The heavy rain caused flood and landslide. Large scale landslides were caused by the 2018 Hokkaido Iburi-tobu and the 2018 Indonesia Sulawesi earthquakes. We collected the data of damage to water supply and sewerage systems and analyzed them from a view of multi hazards. Moreover, an evaluation method of multi hazard risk of a water supply system was proposed in this project.
