日本白色家兎の膝OAモデルで、自家末梢血から生成した多血小板血漿(PRP)を用い脂肪由来間葉系幹細胞adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC)の軟骨形成細胞へ分化誘導を評価した。その結果、ADSCの軟骨分化を示唆する遺伝子発現（Collagen Ⅱ, Sox 9 and Aggrecan）を有する軟骨形成細胞への分化を確認した。
We evaluated the Induction of differentiation of ADSC into chondrogenic cells using PRP generated from autologous peripheral blood in a knee OA model of a Japanese white rabbit. As a result, chondrogenic cells with gene expression (Collagen II, Sox 9 and aggrecan) was confirmed; that suggested differentiation into chondrogenic cells.
