細菌検査室ではこれまで、生化学的性状(従来法)を用いた菌種同定が一般的であった。しかし近年、細菌の蛋白質の質量により菌種を同定する質量分析法が導入されている。質量分析法と従来法の同定結果はしばしば異なる。そこで本検討では、微生物の同定における質量分析法と従来法の差異に関して研究することを目的とする。両方法で同定結果が解離した菌株の16SrRNA解析(菌種同定の標準法)を行い、従来法および質量分析法の同定結果を16SrRNA解析結果と比較し、同定精度を検討する。
