ジシクロヘキシル-18クラウン-6(QD18C)の有機溶液による塩酸溶液(1〜10mol/l)及びチオシアン酸塩媒体中の微量パラジウム(II)イオンの正逆抽出における諸因子(溶媒,試薬濃度,クラウンエーテル,塩酸,ストリッピング剤,振り混ぜ時間など)の影響について調べ,パラジウム(II)の最適抽出分離条件を以下のように決定した。パラジウム(10μg/ml)を含む1mol/l塩酸溶液及び0.05mol/lチオシアン酸カリウム塩の媒体(10ml)をガラス共栓つき遠心管(30ml)に取り,DC18C6(0.05mol/l)のクロロホルム溶液(10ml)を加え,振とう機で5分間振り混ぜ,二相を2,000rpm(5分)で遠心分離する。次に抽出されたパラジウム(II)を含む有機相で5分間振り混ぜ,パラジウム(II)は,フレーム原子吸光法(AAS)により定量する。この条件下では,パラジウム(II)は97%抽出されるが,白金(IV)は40%,ロジウム(III)は0%の抽出率であり,パラジウム(II)はロジウム(III)から容易に分離できた。パラジウム(II)の抽出化学種は,傾斜比法より[K-DC18C_6^+]_2[Pd(SCN)_4^<2->であることが分かった。本法により,H_2PtCl_6の試薬(特級)中には微量不純物としてPd(II)が31.66μg/g含まれていることが分かった。
The effect of various factors (solvent, reagent concentration, crown ether, hydrochloric acid, stripping reagent, shaking time etc.) on the extraction and back-extraction of palladium (II) in hydrochloric acid (1〜10 mol/L) and thiocyanate media with dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6 (DC18C6) in organic solvent has been investigated in detail.On the basis of the results, the recommended procedure is proposed as follows : an aliquot(10 mL) of a sample solution containing palladium(10 μ g/mL) and potassium thiocyanate (0.05 mol/L) in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid was placed into a 30 mL glass-stoppered centrifuge tube. A 10 mL of chloroform solution containing 0.05 mol/L DC18C6 was added to the centrifuge tube, and the mixtures were shaken on a shaking machine for 5 min. The two phases were separated by centrifugation at 2000 rpm for 5 min, and then taken by pipetting into another tube. The organic phase (10 mL) containing the extracted palladium was shaken with 10 mL of 0.1 M ammonia buffer (0.1 mol/L NH4Cl: 0.1 mol/L NH3 = 1:1) solution for 5 min. The amount of palladium stripped from the organic phase was determined by flame AAS. Palladium in hydrochloric acid and thiocyanate media has been extracted quantitatively in chloroform with DC18C6 as an ion-association species of [K-DC18C_6^+]_2[Pd(SCN)_4^<2->. The content of palladium in chloroplatinic acid of guaranteed reagent grade after its separation by DC18C6 extraction was found to be 31.66 μ g/g.
