衝撃による打ち抜き試験の前に比較データを得るために各種コンクリート版の静的載荷実験を行ない、破壊形式および荷重変位関係から破壊に要するエネルギーを調べた.また衝撃実験装置を用いて重錘による打ち抜き実験を行ない、破壊形式、貫通エネルギー、クラック面積、版の衝撃挙動などを調べ、RC版の飛来物に対する評価方法について検討した.クッション材(砂)を敷いたコンクリート版を用いてと衝撃実験を行ない、緩衝効果について明らかにした.また、クッション材が存在する場合のコンクリート版の衝撃力評価方法について検討した.粒状体のような不連続体の数値シミュレーションに有効である個別要素法を用いてコンクリート版の衝撃挙動のシミュレーション方法を開発応用し、より一般的な問題に適用可能とした.不連続現象が支配的となる2次元の基本問題に対してはすでにシミュレーション方法を開発し、その有効性も確認した.さらに本研究ではクッション材(個別要素)とコンクリート版(有限要素)の複雑な結合破壊解析を行うための基礎理論を展開し,この種の問題に関する有用性を明らかにした.
