本論文の目的は、車載機器のような運転と情報取得の多重課題の状況で使用される製品について、人と機械のコミュニケーションシステムとしての特徴や特性に関する評価手法を明らかにすることである。主観評価に加えて、定量指標である生理指標および行動指標を計測するユーザ試験を実施することで、適切な主観評価項目を設定する手法について検討した。主観評価と生理指標の傾向が一致する場合としない場合で、その要因を考察することで新たに追加すべき適切な主観評価項目を決めることができる。
