ＬＣＰ長尺射出成形品の熱間反りを予測するため，金型内のＬＣＰの流動・固化挙動の定量化，せん断流動場において発現する線膨張係数異方性の定量化　を行い，解析精度向上のための要因を実験により評価した．そして，流動解析シミュレーションにおけるせん断ひずみエネルギーから線膨張係数異方性分布を予測し，熱間反りの構造解析シミュレーションを行った．その結果，実際の形状変更にともなう熱間反りの変化について設計に必要な解析精度を確認し，実用できるＬＣＰ長尺射出成形品の熱間反り予測手法を確立した．
