高強度な軽量樹脂部品とするためには，高濃度のガラス繊維を含有させることが必須である．ここでは,ガラス繊維強化ポリアミド樹脂について，ガラス繊維の含有率が50wt%以上を含むこの樹脂が引き起こす流動上の変化を，ガラス繊維の含有率および射出条件毎に,成形中の樹脂流動挙動の直接観察を行い，その流動挙動を明らかにする事を目的とした. その結果，メルトフロントの形状と，成形不良との間に関連性を見出した．また，その結果の汎用性の観点から板厚依存性についても明らかにするとともに，工業的な貢献が出来るように材料の設計指針を提案する．
