本論文では樹脂部品の繊維配向に起因する機械的特性を予測または制御することを目的に、本研究ではリブ部を有する部品の機械的特性予測手法を提案するため、樹脂合流部の合流後の流動が継続する樹脂流れにおいて、繊維配向メカニズムと機械的特性の予測手法に関する研究を推進した。この中で、繊維を含有する樹脂の流動挙動を、速度・加速度の観点で詳細に計測し、さらには流動後、すなわち成形後の製品の繊維配向度を詳細に観察する新しい手法を提案して、理論構築を行った。
