- 2009-2011年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)))研究成果報告書 課題番号：21530053 研究代表者：紺屋博昭 (鹿児島大学大学院司法政策研究科准教授)雇用政策法／労働市場法制を構成する〈雇用創出の法〉〈就業支援の法〉そして〈雇用安定の法〉を想定する。これらの法が連携し効果を発揮するよう計画・立法され、総合的かつ相互協調的に運用されることで多くの雇用が創出され、求職者の就業が効果的にサポートされ、創出された雇用機会を充足する就業者の雇用関係が始まり、持続・安定に至る。雇用政策法／労働市場法制を広く構成する関連諸法の連携、協調、そして有効化のための法技術を探り、以下に詳述する技術向上の手掛かりを得た。This project aimed to develop new constitutions of an employment policy and a labor market. It draws up “the law of employment creations” and “the law of employment supports.” We planned to constitute these laws affected citizens practically for the cooperation with all agents of these employment supports. We examined the cooperation, effectiveness and the techniques of the law for the constitution of an employment policy and a labor market the technique of the law.
