- 2012-2013年度科学研究費助成事業（研究活動スタート支援）研究成果報告書 課題番号：24830064 研究代表者：農中至（鹿児島大学・教育学部・講師）本研究では、生活保護世帯に対する教育的な支援ネットワークがいかに形成されてきたのかを歴史的な視点から考察し、現代的な問題状況も視野に入れながら教育支援ネットワークを可能とする条件はなにかについて明らかにしてきた。その結果、旧産炭地・筑豊地域である田川市では、1950年代後半の田川市議会において、生活困窮者の生活や労働、住居に関する問題と世帯児童・生徒の義務教育費負担の問題を精力的に議論していたこと、広域的な自治体行政ネットワークを構成することで、問題状況が日本国内で広範に認識可能となるような仕組み作りもおこなっていたことが明らかとなった。ミクロな実践活動の分析は今後の課題とされた。The purpose of this study was to consider the history of educational support system for househoilds receiving public assistance. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows: first, many problems of poverty and education were being energetically discussed by the Tagawa city assembly in the Chikuhou region of Fukuoka prefecture in the late 1950s: second, the wide area network of municipal corporations was organaized, through which many people were able to know and learn about each other's community in Japan.
