- 2009-2010年度科学研究費補助金(若手研究(B))研究成果報告書 課題番号:21710233 研究代表者:若尾雅広 (鹿児島大学理工学研究科(工学系)助教)硫酸化グリコサミノグリカンに分類されるコンドロイチン硫酸(CS)とデルマタン硫酸(DS)は、様々な組織、細胞に存在し、神経細胞においては、軸索形成や突起伸長作用等の生理活性を有することが報告されている。本研究では、神経細胞の突起伸長作用の発現に重要と考えられているCS-D部分構造、DS-D部分構造、ならびにそれらが混在するハイブリッド部分構造に着目し、それらの効率的な化学合成法について検討した。Chondrotin sulfate (CS) and dermatan sulfate (DS), which are belonging to sulfated glycosaminoglycan, have been reported to exhibit neurite outgrowth activity against nerve cells. In this study, to investigate structure and activity relationships of CS and DS at the molecular level, we examined the synthesis of CS and DS partial structures.
