- 2009-2011年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)))研究成果報告書 課題番号:21591438 研究代表者:金蔵拓郎 (鹿児島大学大学院医歯学総合研究科教授)我々は本研究で細胞膜分子CD147/basiginは悪性黒色腫細胞の解糖系を制御することで増殖、浸潤、転移を促進すること、また細胞膜上でintegrinと共存し、その下流のfocal adhesion kinase (FAK)のリン酸化を介して基質に対する接着更には局所浸潤を制御していることを明らかにした。これらの知見はCD147/basiginが皮膚癌治療の標的分子となり得ることを示している。We revealed that CD147/basigin promotes proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of malignant melanoma through regulating tumor cell glycolysis and regulates tumor cell adhesion to matrix through phosphorylating the focal adhesion kinase (FAK), a downstream kinase of integrin that co-localizes with CD147 on the cell surface. These findings demonstrate that CD147/basigin could be a target molecule for new therapeutic strategy for skin cancers.
