- 2010-2011年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(若手研究(B)))研究成果報告書 課題番号:22791931 研究代表者:白方良典 (鹿児島大学医学部・歯学部附属病院講師)イヌ骨内欠損においてエナメルマトリックス蛋白(EMD),塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子(bFGF)とβ三リン酸カルシウム(TCP)の歯周組織再生に及ぼす影響について比較検討を行った。外科的に作製したイヌ1壁性骨内欠損に対し、無作為にTCP単独、EMDとTCP併用(EMD/TCP)、bFGFとTCP併用(bFGF/TCP)および全て併用(EMD/bFGF/TCP)処置を行った。新生骨形成量は全群で有意差は認められなかった。EMD/bFGF/TCP群はTCP群やbFGF/TCP群より有意にセメント質形成量が多く、有意差は認めないもののEMD/TCP群より多かった。これらのことはEMD/bFGF/TCPの積層応用はセメント質再生に有効であることが示唆された。This study evaluated the effects of enamel matrix derivative (EMD) and/or basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) with β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) on periodontal healing in intrabony defects in dogs. One-wall intrabony defects created in dogs were treated with β-TCP alone (TCP), EMD with β-TCP (EMD/TCP), bFGF with β-TCP (bFGF/TCP), and their combination (EMD/bFGF/TCP). The amount of new bone formation was not significant for any group. EMD/bFGF/TCP group induced significantly greater new cementum formation than TCP and bFGF/TCP groups, and formed, although not significantly, more new cementum than EMD/TCP group. These findings indicate that EMD/bFGF/TCP treatment is effective for cementum regeneration.
