- 2010-2011年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(若手研究(B)))研究成果報告書 課題番号：22792187 研究代表者：櫁柑富貴子 (鹿児島大学医学部助教)本研究は, 看護師が過去に経験した「困難なターミナルケア内容」を採り上げ, その克服のプロセスを明らかにすることを目的とした。結果的に, がん診療連携拠点病院5施設で働くターミナルケア経験を有する看護師8名を対象とし, 半構成的面接を実施した。7名の被験者が患者・家族とのコミュニケーションに関する事項に困難を感じ, 困難感克服・軽減を経験していた。コミュニケーション困難の原因, 背景, 克服方法, 影響要因等が明らかとなった。The purpose of this research is to clarify the process of conquest toward “difficult terminal care contents” encountered by nurses. Subjects were eight staff nurses working in five cancer hospitals. They have experienced terminal care. And also they were examined by using semi-structured interview. Seven subjects felt difficulties in “Communication with patients and families” and experienced the conquest or reduction toward them. This study revealed the causes, backgrounds, conquest methods, and factors toward communication difficulties.
