- 2011-2012年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(挑戦的萌芽研究)研究成果報告書 課題番号：23659619 研究代表者：中条哲浩(鹿児島大学・医学部・歯学部附属病院・助教)本研究では、吊り上げ式経口アプローチによる新しい内視鏡下甲状腺切除術式の開発・確立を目的とし、より安全・簡便に行えるよう新しい手術器機の開発を行った。開発した分解・着脱式鋼線筋鉤は最終型ができあがり特許出願を行った（意匠については特許登録された）。現在医療機器メーカーと製品化について相談中である。また、権威ある国際学会で口演発表に採用され、最終的に研究期間内に有名英文誌Surgical endoscopyに論文発表を行い、研究目標をすべて遂行することができた。現在は本術式の先進医療への登録申請を行っている。The purpose of this study is to develop and brush up a new Trans-Oral Technique of Gasless Endoscopic Thyroidectomy. We developed some new surgical instruments to do this new operative procedure safely and easily. We completed a final type of detachable wire hook retractor in particular, and applied for a patent. It was registered a patent about the design. We have opened negotiation with a medical equipment company for a commercial basis. Our study was accepted in some authoritative international medical conference as an oral presenter, and we were able to publish the article in Surgical Endoscopy. All our study objectives were achieved within a study period.
