- 2011-2013年度科学研究費助成事業(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書 課題番号:23580258 研究代表者:前田広人(鹿児島大学・水産学部・教授)鹿児島山川湾において新規の赤潮Pseudochattolella株を分離し、その性状について明らかにした。また同山川湾の底泥のシストの現存量を推定するためのDNA解析手法を確立した。その手法によって底泥中のシストの季節変化を明らかにした。そして、これらの赤潮対策として、過炭酸ナトリウムや水酸化マグネシウムにはシストの発芽効果があることを確認した。またこれらの薬剤は、栄養細胞の殺滅効果があることも確認した。とりわけ、過炭酸ナトリウムにおいては、0.1g/lで30分で効果があることが分かった。As a novel red tide plankton, Pseudochattnella sp. was isolated and its characteristics was determined. At the same time, detection methods of cyst DNA was established. By using this methods, seasonal change of the cyst concentration in the sediment of Yamakawa bay was estimated. For red tide suppression measures, sodium percarbonate and magnesium hydroxide have been performed to be effective for cyst germination. They were simultaneously effective for extinction of the vegetative cell. It is particularly clear that sodium percarbonate are effective for the extinction under 0.1g/1 within 30 minutes.
