- 2011-2013年度科学研究費助成事業(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書 課題番号:23592879 研究代表者:菊地聖史(鹿児島大学・医歯(薬)学総合研究科・教授)歯科CAD/CAMシステムやジルコニアセラミックスの利点を最大限に生かすには、歯の切削精度を向上させる必要がある。本研究は、歯の形成を自動で行う歯科治療ロボットの開発を目的とした。まず、歯科治療ロボットを構成する基本要素の検討を行った。さらに、装置とソフトウェアを試作し、歯科用マネキンを用いて評価した。その結果、試作システムに改良の余地はあるものの、歯科治療ロボット開発の可能性が示された。To achive the ideal result with dental CAD/CAM systems and zirconia ceramics, precise tooth preparation is necessary. The porpose of this study was to develop a debtal treatment robot for computerized tooth preparation. First, basic components of the rebot were designed. Then, the experimental robot and its software were developed and tested using a dental mannequin. The result suggest the possibility of developing a dental treatment robot, although there is still room for improvement of the experimental system.
