- 2009-2010年度科学研究費補助金(若手研究(B))研究成果報告書 課題番号：21760476 研究代表者：境野健太郎 (鹿児島大学理工学研究科（工学系）助教)本研究は、2006年に導入された「在宅療養支援診療所」に認定された自治体診療所の取り組みを通して、高齢化･過疎化が進行する離島地域において「高齢者の地域での居住継続」と「自治体診療所の黒字経営」の両立を可能としている要因について探るものである。上記２点を考察するために、１）血縁・地縁や地域社会による支援が高齢者の地域継続居住に与える影響、２）医療・福祉資源の存在が高齢者の施設利用と地域継続居住に与える影響、３）栗生集落における医療・福祉施設の運営状況、について分析を行った。The aim of this research is to investigate neighborhood support for the elderly to continue living at home in depopulated areas and isolated islands by looking at what they need to maintain their everyday lifestyles including their relationships with their families and local communities, medical treatment and welfare service.
