- 2009-2013年度科学研究費助成事業(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書 課題番号:21580185 研究代表者:畑邦彦(鹿児島大学・農学部・准教授)マツ葉ふるい病菌について生活史各時期における生息密度の指標を検討した結果、本菌はクローンレベルの体細胞不和合性を有しており、葉上では分離時のコロニー数をほぼクローン数とみなしうることが明らかになった。これに基づいて本菌の季節的、地理的変動を調査した結果、本菌の変動はかなり不規則であり、胞子飛散時期と感染時期が一致しないことや、同じ葉内に生息する他の菌との相互作用に強く影響されることが明らかになった。I examined what are proper indices of population density of Lophodermium pinastri. As a result, this fungus was proved to possess clone-level somatic incompatibility, which means that the numbers of colonies in isolation can nearly be regarded as the numbers of clones. Based on this, seasonal and stand-level changes in the population densities of this fungus were examined. Such changes of this fungus were found to be very unstable, even the season of spore dispersal and infection was different. One of the reasons of this instability was that this fungus was strongly affected by the interaction with of her fungi inhabiting in the same needles.
