- 2011-2013年度科学研究費助成事業(基盤研究(C))研究成果報告書 課題番号:23593093 研究代表者:山口泰平(鹿児島大学・医歯(薬)学総合研究科・准教授)Streptococcus intermediusは唾液凝集素に付着し、唾液凝集素の量は個人差が大きいことを示した。次にGranulicatella adiacensとGranulicatella para-adiacensのフィブロネクチン結合タンパクを同定し、ヒトトランスフェリンが鉄イオン依存性に結合を阻害している分子機序の一部を明らかにした。さらにFusobacterium nucleatumは唾液アミラーゼと結合し、銅イオン依存性の2量体とより多く結合することを示した。Streptococcus intermedius adhered to salivary agglutinin. Concentration of salivary agglutinin varied among individuals considerably. Novel fibronectin-binding proteins derived from Granulicatella adiacens and Granulicatella para-adiacens were identified. The adherence was inhibited by serum transferrin in the dose dependent manner of Fe3+ ion. Fusobacterium nucleatum adhered to salivary amylase, and more bacterial cells adhered to dimer-molecule of amylase than to monomer-molecule.
