- 2009-2010年度科学研究費補助金(若手研究(B))研究成果報告書 課題番号：21760463 研究代表者：小山雄資 (鹿児島大学理工学研究科（工学系）助教)1970～80年代に民間へ譲渡された日本住宅公団の市街地住宅について、その所在と現況を明らかにした。また、福岡県を対象とした調査を通して、民間への譲渡の事例が県営住宅や住宅協会（住宅供給公社）の住宅にも存在することを明らかにし、公共賃貸住宅の民間譲渡の形態と譲渡後の変容との関係を評価するための枠組みとして、権利関係からみた譲渡の類型を示した。This research clarified the locations and present situations of town apartments transferred from Japan Housing Corporation to private owners in 1970-80’s. And the case study of Housing Association of Fukuoka Prefecture showed some patterns of disposed public housing units.
