- 2009-2011年度科学研究費助成事業(科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)))研究成果報告書 課題番号:21590569 研究代表者:田川まさみ (鹿児島大学大学院医歯学総合研究科教授)コンピテンシーを評価する医学部卒業時OSCEに用いる模擬患者診療の課題と評価表を開発し、2009-2011年に6年生対象のOSCEで21課題を実施した。情報収集、身体診察、患者への説明、コミュニケーション・対人関係技能、診療録による臨床推論の各領域の評価と課題の診療遂行の総合的能力が信頼性高く評価されており、各課題に特徴的なコンピテンシーを評価している可能性が示された。これらの結果に基づき卒業時のOSCEを提案する。To develop objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) for 6th-year medical students, we developed and analyzed 21 cases of standardized patients and assessment instruments in 2009-2011. Subcategories, such as history-taking, physical examination skills, providing information, clinical reasoning, and communication-interpersonal skills, and total scores were reliably assessed. It was suggested that case specific clinical competencies were evaluated in our examination. Based on our analysis and medical school curriculum, we proposed the plan of high-stakes summative OSCE.
