生体内に多量に存在するが、まだその詳細な役割については判明していないポリアミンに注目した。本研究課題では、（1）ポリアミンの分子修飾の可能性を調べたところ、細胞膜リン脂質間のアシル基転移反応の際、共存する生体アミンへの転移反応が副次的に進行する可能性が示された。さらに、（2）分子修飾ポリアミンが水溶性高分子モデル化合物の腸管吸収に影響を与えることが示唆された。 In this study, polyamines that remain to be resolved for detailed roles, was focused to investigate novel cellular functions. The results illustrated that the transfer of polyamines to acyl group occurred during the acyl transfer reaction between cellular phospholipids. Additionally, polyamine-conjugated compounds were found to affect intestinal absorption of water-soluble big molecules.
