研究成果報告書に記載されているように、三年間の研究を通して、本研究の共同研究者は多数の学会発表、学術論文および学術図書を公開した。それらの研究において、中国の「弱者層」社会福祉政策を最低生活保障制度、障害者福祉制度、高齢者福祉制度という側面から考察し、それらの政策の展開過程を中国の経済・社会の変容と関連付けながら実証的・理論的に明らかにすることができただけではなく、現代中国の社会保障制度の財政規模の推測と財源調達における中央政府と地方政府の役割を解明することもできた。中国の社会保障制度の財政規模の試算は日本国内では行われていないため、今後日中社会保障比較に不可欠な資料となるだろう。 Through the three years research, the researchers of this project showed a large number of presentations at meetings, academic papers and books which were listed in the report of the research results. In the research, we consider the social welfare policy for the "Vulnerable groups" in China from the point of view of the public assistance system (minimum standard of living), the disability welfare system, the elderly person welfare system, and theoretically and demonstratively clarified the relations between the development process of those social welfare policies and the changes in economic and social environment in China. Although, we speculated the financial scale of the modern Chaina's social security system and elucidated the role of the central government and the local government. It would be material indispensable for daytime socail security comparison from now on because the finansical scale of the Chinese social security system isn't calculated in Japnan.
