Summary, etc.：: 下口唇に発生した有棘細胞癌切除後の欠損に対して，皮膚側，粘膜側からの前進皮弁で再建した2症例を報告する．症例1は73歳男性．義歯を装着していた．腫瘍は下口唇左寄りにあり，主に赤唇部に存在した．切除後の欠損は下口唇の1／2を越える幅となった．皮膚側，粘膜側よりV-Y前進皮弁を挙上し再建した．症例2...
