• Note (General): 原子力機構廃棄物対策・埋設事業統括部では、原子力機構及び国内の研究施設などから発生する低レベルの放射性廃棄物(研究施設等廃棄物)の浅地中埋設処分を計画している。研究施設等廃棄物の浅地中処分では、放射性物質の移行評価のモデルを構築するため、立地環境をモデル化した3次元地下水流動解析を行うこととしている。しかし、現在、立地場所が決定していないことから、立地場所を対象とした評価はできない状況にある。一方、平成10年度に原子力機構の原子力科学研究所の敷地内における極低レベルコンクリート廃棄物の埋設実地試験において、3次元地下水流動解析が実施されている。当解析は処分施設周辺の地質環境をモデル化して有限要素法による計算コード3D-SEEPコードを用いて評価されている。本報告書は、浅地中処分を対象とする3次元地下水流動解析の予備的評価として、埋設実地試験に対して行われた評価に基づき、最新の知見を用いて3D-SEEPコードでモデルを再構築し、評価を実施した。この結果、適切な評価体系モデルの構築で、将来の研究施設等廃棄物の浅地中処分環境における3次元地下水流動解析は、十分に実施可能であると考えられる。; JAEA has been planning to implement near surface disposal of low level waste generated from research, medical, and industrial facilities. JAEA plans to carry out 3d analysis of groundwater flow in geological model around the disposal site because of development of migration assessment modeling of radioactivity materials in the site. In the safety demonstration test in JAEA, 3d analysis of groundwater flow was carried out on 1999. The analysis was calculated by using the code "3D-SEEP". But it is necessary to improve the conditions of the model in the analysis. Therefore, we improved the geological model which had been developed carried out 3d analysis of groundwater flow by using the current 3D-SEEP for the specified disposal site in the future. From the result, we expect that 3d analysis of groundwater flow in the environment around the specified near surface disposal site will be able to be sufficiently conducted by developing an appropriate model for the disposal site.
