• Note (General): 日本原子力研究開発機構東濃地科学センターでは、地層処分技術に関する研究開発のうち深地層の科学的研究の一環として、結晶質岩を主な対象とした超深地層研究所計画を進めている。超深地層研究所計画は、地表からの調査予測研究段階、研究坑道の掘削を伴う研究段階、研究坑道を利用した研究段階の3段階からなる計画である。本稿では、第3段階の調査研究として進めている岩盤中の物質移動研究に関する研究について、岩盤中に存在する天然のウラン系列核種およびトリウム系列核種に関する既存のデータをコンパイルするとともに、これらデータを利用して、物質の移動特性の評価を試みた。; The Mizunami Underground Research Laboratory project is being pursued by the Japan Atomic Energy Agency to enhance the reliability of relevant disposal technologies through investigations of the deep geological environment within the host crystalline rock at Mizunami City in Gifu Prefecture, central Japan. The project proceeds in three overlapping phases, Surface-based investigation Phase, Construction Phase and Operation Phase. The MIU Project has been ongoing the Phase III. As a part of the Phase III investigation, evaluation of mass transport property using natural Uranium-series and Thorium-series nuclides has been carried out. In this report, the compilation of existing data and preliminary evaluation was carried out.
