• Note (General): 低除染のマイナーアクチノイド含有混合酸化物燃料や福島第一原子力発電所事故で生成された燃料デブリの分析等では、迅速かつ簡便な遠隔分析手法の開発が不可欠である。レーザー誘起ブレークダウン発光分光法(LIBS)は非接触で直接しかも迅速に分析が可能な方法の一つであり、これらの分析への適用が重要視されている。LIBSを用いた核燃料物質の組成・不純物分析においては、ウランやプルトニウム等の複雑で密度が高い発光スペクトルを明らかにすることにより、不純物のスペクトルと区別することが重要である。そこで、波長分解能が$\lambda$/50000の高分解能Echelle型分光器を用いて、350-470nmの波長域の天然ウランの発光スペクトルを測定し、感度及び波長の較正を行い、分析に使用可能と思われるスペクトルを同定し、LIBS用データとしてまとめた。また、エネルギー準位、振動子強度を明らかにするとともに、測定したスペクトルの波長及び振動子強度等が公表されている値と矛盾なく一致することを示し、本データの信頼性を確認した。更に、新たなウランのスペクトルの同定に必要な測定波長と絶対波長の相関及び振動子強度の測定値と既知の値の相関を求めた。; It is important to analyze the next generation nuclear fuel material containing minor actinide (MA) and the fuel debris generated at the accident of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. Therefore, the remote analysis for nuclear fuel materials using Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) is studied. For applying Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) to the analysis of nuclear fuel materials, it is very important to identify the emission spectrum and its intensity on impurities intermingled within complex emission spectra of matrix elements such as uranium (U) and plutonium (Pu). Then, the high resolution spectra of natural uranium of wavelength region of 350-470 nm are measured using LIBS, 247 atomic spectra and 294 single ion spectra were identified. We have confirmed that the measured wavelength and oscillator strength of spectra are consistent with published values.
