Note (General): 東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の廃炉に向けた取組みが現在すすめられている。燃料デブリ取り出しのために、格納容器内を水で満たす必要があるが、いくつかの号機では冷却水の漏えいが存在し、漏えいを止めることが最重要課題になっている。福島廃炉技術安全研究所では光硬化樹脂を用いた止水方法を検討している。紫外線照射によって硬化する材料(光硬化型樹脂)を冷却水に混ぜ格納容器の損傷部に到達させ、漏えい箇所出口にて紫外線を照射して光硬化型樹脂を硬化させ損傷部を閉塞するものである。しかしながら光硬化型樹脂は元々コーティング、または塗装剤として使用されるものであり、漏えい止水への適用性は未知である。本稿は、光硬化型樹脂の水中での基本的な硬化性能を把握し、漏えい止水への適用性を検討した結果を報告するものである。
An action for the decommissioning of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (Tokyo Electric Power Company) is pushed forward now. This report describes the result that examined the applicability to seal leak using photocoagulation resin.
