• Note (General): 東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故では、多くの放射性物質が放出され、広い地域で通常時に比べて高い放射線量率が観測されている。特に事故の影響が強い福島県においては、園児,児童の放射線による人体への影響を心配する声が高まっていることを踏まえ、福島県内の保育園,幼稚園,小中学校の保護者並びに先生方を主な対象に、「放射線に関するご質問に答える会」(答える会)を集中的に実施することとした。答える会は平成23年7月より開始し、事故前から実施している機構での10余年に亘る地域住民とのコミュニケーション活動の実践経験に基づき、参加者との双方向性を重視したプロセスを採用し、事前に参加者の興味関心を伺った上で説明を行うこととしている。答える会の終了後には、参加者へアンケート調査を実施した。アンケートの調査内容は、講演内容の理解度、不安・心配に思うこと、事故前の放射線等の情報接触機会の有無及びその情報源、情報で重視する項目、意見・要望(自由記述)である。本報告書ではこれらアンケート調査について、データマイニング、自由記述のテキストマイニングの結果などについて記述する。; JAEA has held public meetings on radiation and its health effects mainly for parents of students in kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools in Fukushima Prefecture after the Fukushima nuclear accident. These meetings are held based on our experience of practicing risk communication activities for a decade in JAEA with local residents. Questionnaires were collected after the meetings. By analyzing questionnaires, we confirmed that interactive communication is effective in increasing participants' understanding and in decreasing their anxiety. Most of the participants answered that they understood the contents and that it eased their mind.
