• Note (General): ガラス固化体において濃度限度を超えるとイエローフェーズを生成するMoの高レベル廃液からの除去を目的に、酸性リン酸エステル抽出剤であるHDEHP(ジ-2-エチルヘキシルリン酸)によるMo抽出分離プロセスの開発を行った。Mo及びその他の主な核分裂生成物元素の抽出・逆抽出に関するバッチ試験データを取得し、この結果をもとにミキサセトラ型抽出試験装置を用いた連続抽出分離試験を2回実施し、元素の分離挙動を把握した。第2回連続抽出試験では、第1回の試験と比較して、Yの抽出率低減、Mo及びZrの逆抽出率改善などの成果を得たが、いずれも十分な値には到達しなかった。しかし、解析コードPARC-MAを用いたプロセスシミュレーション解析の手法を確立し、これによる最適プロセス条件の検討を行って、Y抽出率のさらなる低減には洗浄液硝酸濃度の上昇が、Mo及びZrの逆抽出率のさらなる改善には過酸化水素溶液及びシュウ酸のそれぞれの逆抽出液の流量増加及びZr逆抽出におけるミキサ内滞留時間増加が必要なことを明らかにし、最適分離条件を示すことができた。; Solvent extraction process with di-2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid has been developed for the purpose of Mo separation from high-level radioactive liquid wastes (HLLW). Mo has very low solubility in borosilicate glasses and makes so-called yellow phase when it contained beyond the solubility. After extraction and back-extraction data of Mo and other fission products were obtained by batch extraction tests, continuous extraction tests with simulated HLLW were performed using mixer-settler twice. At the second test, reduction of Y extraction yield and increase of Mo and Zr back-extraction yield were obtained compared with the results of the first tests, but those values should be still improved. Process simulation technique was developed using simulation code named PARC-MA, and the optimized process condition was obtained by the simulation.
