• Note (General): 原子力の平和利用と核不拡散,核セキュリティの両立に向けた取り組みと、原子力新興国への協力のあり方について、関係する各国の専門家との意見交換を通じて広く理解推進を図るとともに、現状と課題を共有し、今後の議論に繋げていくことを目的として、「原子力平和利用と核不拡散にかかわる国際フォーラム」を原子力機構,日本国際問題研究所,東京大学G-COEの三者共催により、2011年2月2日,3日の2日間に渡り、学士会館(東京)において開催し、延べ310名の参加を得て盛況のうちに終了した。本報告書は、同フォーラムの基調講演要旨,パネル討論の概要、及びパネル討論で使用された発表資料を収録したものである。; International forum on peaceful use of nuclear energy and nuclear non-proliferation was held at Gakushi-kaikan, Tokyo on February 2-3, 2011 in cooperation with The Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) and The University of Tokyo Global COE. In our International Forum, we would like to encourage active discussion of international challenges to and solutions for compatibility between peaceful use of nuclear energy and nuclear non-proliferation, and international cooperation for emerging nuclear energy states. It was successfully carried out with as many as 310 participants and a lot of discussions. This report includes abstracts of keynote speeches, summary of panel discussions and materials of the presentations in the forum.
