• Note (General): 3GeVシンクロトロン棟は、J-PARC(Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex)にある鉄筋コンクリート建造物の加速器施設である。2005年に完成し、2008年から本格的にビーム運転を開始している。筆者らは、ビーム運転が始まって以来、各機器の点検を行っている。2011年に入り、床のひび割れが目立つようになったため、点検表を作成し点検を行った。各階にひび割れが確認されたため、補修手順書を作成し、補修を実施した。本報告書は、3GeVシンクロトロン棟床面のひび割れ箇所点検,点検記録,手順書及び補修方法をまとめたものである。; 3GeV synchrotron accelerator building was constructed by reinforced concrete, which is the acceleration facility at J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex). 3GeV synchrotron accelerator building was built in 2005 and beam operation had been performed successfully run since 2008. I had been inspecting of each instruments since beam operation had run. In 2011, inspection list had created and carried out as inspected because of the floor crack is outstanding. This report arranges the inspection of floor crack, inspection records and repair procedures of the 3GeV synchrotron accelerator building.
