• Note (General): 高速炉プラントの機器,配管において、温度が異なる冷却材の合流部では、高温と低温の流体混合に伴い不規則な温度ゆらぎ(サーマルストライピング)による繰返し熱応力が発生する。疲労損傷を引き起こす熱応力の繰返し数は、供用期間中に1億から10億サイクル程度に及ぶとされている。これまでに国内外でひずみ制御によるギガサイクルレベルまでの試験報告は皆無に等しく、この高サイクル域における疲労損傷機構や疲労寿命の評価を実験的に把握しておくことが重要である。本報告は、次期高速炉の構造材料である高速炉構造用SUS316(316FR)の高温高サイクル疲労線図の策定や破損機構の検討に資することを目的に取得した最大10億サイクルのひずみ制御型高サイクル疲労試験の結果についてとりまとめたものである。; It is known that the cyclic thermal stress caused by the thermal striping is occurred at the parts which the coolant of the different temperatures mixes in FBR plants, and the maximum number of cycles in the service life reaches to 10$^{8}$-10$^{9}$ cycles. So, it is important to understand experimentally the relationship between the mechanical strength and the damage mechanism in the high cycle fatigue region. This report summarizes about the results of the high cycle fatigue properties of a candidate material for FBR structures, FBR grade type 316 stainless steel (316FR).
