- 出版タイプ: NA本報告では、地下水中において、物質の移動挙動に影響を与える微小粒子(有機物,無機物,微生物等)の物理的,化学的特性及び他の元素との吸着や錯形成等の相互作用を把握するための調査手法の一部として、地下水のろ過手法に関する検討結果についてとりまとめた。具体的には、地下水の被圧・嫌気状態を保持した原位置でのろ過方法及びポンプ揚水した地下水の嫌気状態を維持した実験室でのろ過方法について検討を行った。検討の結果、被圧・嫌気状態を維持した閉鎖系の維持に関する品質管理を厳密に行うことで、原位置の地球化学環境を保持した地下水のろ過が可能であることがわかった。ただし、ステンレス製機材から、微量の金属元素の溶出が確認された試料も認められた。そのため、今後は機材からの溶出を防ぐためにテフロン製機材の開発を進める。In this report, we summarize filtration techniques developed and employed at the Underground Research Laboratory. The methods are useful for the physical and chemical characterization of minute particles in contaminated groundwater (including organic and inorganic particles, microbes, etc.), which can effect migration behavior. It is also useful for investigating the adsorption and complexation of particles and elements in groundwater. We performed the filtration of groundwater on site while maintaining in situ pressure and anaerobic conditions and in the laboratory under controlled anaerobic conditions. The results indicate the viability of groundwater filtration under in situ geochemical conditions, if the filtration is performed at controlled pressure and anaerobic conditions and with strict quality control. However, sample contamination occurs if stainless steel equipment is used. Therefore, to avoid contamination, we intend to develop Teflon equipment.
