• Note (General): ナトリウム冷却高速増殖炉の蒸気発生器において伝熱管破損が発生した場合には、Naと水蒸気との高温化学反応(Na-水反応)によってその周辺の伝熱管は高温に曝される。そして、漏えい蒸気(ジェット)が関与したウェステージと呼称される伝熱管損傷が生じることが知られている。本研究は、このNa-水反応の機構論的解析手法の確立に反映することを目的とした、Na-水反応損傷伝熱管の金属組織学に基づく温度推定に関する基礎的実験として実施したものである。試験では、Na-水反応を想定した温度・時間をパラメータとした急速熱履歴を与えた試料を作製し、当該試料について種々の金属組織学的分析・評価を行い、急速熱負荷時の最高到達温度やその保持時間が推定可能か否かの評価を行った。; In case of the tube failure in the steam generator of the sodium cooled fast breeder reactor, its adjoined tubes are rapidly heated up by the chemical reaction between sodium and water/steam. And it is known that the tubes have the damage called "wastage" by the disclosure steam jet. This research is a fundamental study based on the metallography about temperature estimation of the damaged tubes at the sodium-water reaction for being reflected in establishment of the mechanism theory analysis technique of the behavior. In the examination, the material which gave the rapid thermal history which imitated sodium-water reaction was produced. And it was investigated whether the thermal history (i.e. maximum temperature and the holding time) of the samples could be presumed from the metallurgical examination of the samples.
