• Note (General): 遠心法ウラン濃縮プラントでは、六フッ化ウラン(UF$_{6}$)ガスを長期間に渡り供給する。長期間UF$_{6}$ガスを流通させたウラン濃縮プラントの遠心機内で生成される中間フッ化物等のウラン化合物は、固体の中間フッ化物UFx(4$\leqq$x$\leqq$5)が主であると推定されている。この中間フッ化物は、七フッ化ヨウ素(IF$_{7}$)との反応により、再フッ化され、常温では気体のUF$_{6}$とIF$_{5}$が生成される。この反応を利用した系統での除染技術を確立するために、実プラントに対して、4パターンの異なる処理条件によるIF$_{7}$処理試験を実施し、実プラント内に滞留しているウラン化合物の除染試験を行った。実プラント内のウラン化合物の除染を効率的に実施するためには、IF$_{7}$処理条件と除染特性の関係を解明し、最適な処理条件を設定する必要がある。そのため、IF$_{7}$処理試験で実施した、UF$_{6}$とIF$_{5}$の回収重量測定,$\gamma$線計測,ICP-MSによる組成分析の結果をもとに、ウラン化合物の除染状況を評価し、カスケード内のウラン化合物の異なる処理条件での除染結果を、除染傾向,処理時間・除染レベル及び除染レベルのバラツキの観点からまとめて、除染特性解明のための知見を整理した。; In the centrifugation method uranium enrichment plant, the UF$_{6}$ gas was supplied for a long term. The main uranium compounds are estimated to the middle fluorides UFx(4$\leqq$x$\leqq$=5). This middle fluoride is changed to UF$_{6}$ and IF$_{5}$ gas again by the reaction with IF$_{7}$. Using this reaction, the uranium compound in the plant was decontaminated. The IF$_{7}$ treatment tests were executed to the plant in four treatment conditions. It is necessary to clarify the relation between IF$_{7}$ treatment condition and decontamination results for the best treatment condition setting. Therefore, the decontamination development is evaluated using the result of the weight measurement of recovery UF$_{6}$ and IF$_{5}$ gas, the $\gamma$-ray measurement, and the ICP-MS analysis at the IF$_{7}$ treatment tests. Then the technical knowledge to clarify the decontamination characteristic features is accumulated for analyzing the treatment trend, the treatment time, decontamination level and variation of the decontamination level.
